Happy Saturday, everyone! What are your plans for today?
Grab a cup of coffee (or tea, if that’s more your preference) and let’s talk about food. Usually, I divide reads and recipes into separate portions, but today they will be combined because a majority of what I’ve been reading has been about food. Can you blame me? I’m training for a marathon. Plus, it’s summer, and all the fresh produce makes me want to just eat all day long. I’m pretty sure half of my diet consists of fruit right now.
