Happy Saturday, everyone! Who’s running long or racing this weekend?
I have my first 15-miler today to top off a 56 mile week. It’s both my longest run to date and my highest mileage week—wish me luck!
This week’s Reads and Recipes are going to fall more into the recipes side of things that the reads. Since it’s currently impossibly hot here in Seattle, I’ve been sticking to lazy meals and living vicariously through all my favorite food blogs.
And since the”impossibly hot” temperatures peak in the low-90s, you can clearly tell I’ve acclimated to the Seattle weather. I don’t know how the rest of you do it.
